Return & Refund Policy
At Artisttico Decor, we strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition.
Return Window (1–14 Days)
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- All tags, accessories, and invoice must be included
- Return requests must be raised within 1–14 days of delivery
To initiate a return, please email gkstore@artistticodecor.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours of delivery at gkstore@artistticodecor.com with photos for quick resolution.
Reverse Pickup
Reverse pickup is available only for prepaid orders above ₹1,000, depending on service availability in your location.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If you wish to purchase a different design or product, we recommend placing a new order after the return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted products
- Gift cards or gift hampers
- Customized or special-order items
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Out-of-Stock Orders
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you may:
- Choose another product of equal or higher value, or
- Receive a store credit / credit note for the same amount.
